Orders

Can I order by telephone or email?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make an order by telephone or email. If you have any issues while making an online purchase, one of our customer service agents will happily assist you through each step of the process. I'm looking for a specific item. How can I find it?

The best way to find a specific item is to have the SKU product number- a unique product number.

Our customer service team will be glad to help you if you do not have the SKU. Simply send us an email telling where you live to check local availability and which item you are looking for. Please don’t forget to say which colour and size you require.

For how long will my basket be active at the website?

Baskets will remain active for up to one hour it will be emptied after that.
It will also be emptied if you leave the page and end your session.

What size is best for me?

If you are unsure what size you require then you can take a look at our Size Guide, which you will find at each product detail page.
The Size Guide gives you an overview of all sizes and their corresponding measurements. You can also choose between the size conversions between “cm” and “inches” depending on how is used in your location.

Did my order go through?

We’ll send you a confirmation email within one hour after you have placed your order. This email confirms that your order was successfully placed. Don’t forget to check your email spam.

Contact our customer service team if you did not receive a confirmation email.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

You can only cancel your order if your package has not yet left our shipping depot.
In Ireland, we offer next day or fast delivery so please check our delivery times HERE and be aware that we won’t be able to stop the order after being shipped.
For European and International orders takes between 7-10 working days for your order to be shipped. You have this deadline to cancel your order. For more information please check Terms and Conditions.

For any cancellation please send us an email containing your order number and explaining that you would like to cancel the order.
A refund will be made via the same payment method you used to place the order. The refund process usually takes around 5-10 working days from the moment your order is successfully cancelled. For more information in refunds please find on our Terms and Conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards via Stripe, PayPal and Bank Transfers.

Our payment system is processed by Stripe and PayPal.

Stripe and Paypal accept almost all  types of MasterCard and Visa credit cards

How do payments work?

Credit card

With us, it is safe and easy to make a payment using your credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Once your order has been accepted the final amount will be instantly charged by your card provider.  

If you would like to return one or several items then you will receive the corresponding refund to the original credit card within a maximum of ten working days. 

Your credit card details are transferred via an SSL encrypted program. This high level of security makes paying with a credit card at Standfor online shop extremely safe.

PayPal

You can also make a safe and simple payment with us using PayPal. Once you have made your order you will be led directly to PayPal page. 

-If you are already a PayPal customer then you can log in straight away to complete your payment. 

-If you are new to PayPal then you can log in as a guest or create a PayPal account to complete your payment.

If you would like to return one or several items then the corresponding refund will be transferred to your PayPal account within a maximum of seven days.

Why my payment wasn't accepted?

There are several reasons why a payment isn’t accepted. In such a case it is best to contact your bank, and the error or issue is often quickly rectified. Alternatively, you can try making the payment using another payment method. If more than one or several payment options continue to not work for you, please contact our customer service team

Please note that for payments by credit card, to prevent fraud, your credit card will be blocked from use on our website for 24 hours if it fails three payment attempts. You can shop again as usual in our online shop after 24 hours.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

-Standard delivery to anywhere in Ireland is €6.99.

-Standard delivery to anywhere in the UK is €9.99.

-Standard EU delivery starts at €14.99

-Standard International delivery starts at €29.99

The delivery charge for the Order is shown on the shopping basket page below Your chosen items. This means that if You order more than one item, there is no delivery charge for the additional items.

Please note: Free delivery only applies on orders to Ireland containing full-price items or on orders above €100. For more information please browse our Terms & Conditions.

How long does standard delivery take?

-For orders in the Republic of Ireland, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of shipment.

-For orders in UK or Europe,  you will receive your order within 3 to 7  business days after confirmation of shipment.

-For International orders, deliveries can take up to 14 days after confirmation of shipment.

Please note that during high  and  sale season, longer delivery times may occur.

Can I track my order?

-For Standard delivery to Republic of Ireland is not possible the tracking number option.

-For Express delivery to Republic of Ireland is possible but note that this delivery option has different shipping cost.

-For EU orders the delivery confirmation email will include a tracking link, with which you can follow the status of your shipment online via the website of the carrier. It is also possible to  track your international order through our website page.

Returns

How to return the order or an item?

You have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your products.

We are very sorry if you have to return it.

But the following steps can help.

  1. Fill in the return form that you can find HERE.
  2. Take your package to the next UPS Access Point.
  3.  You will receive an email as soon as your package reaches our warehouse.
  4. After your items are inspected by our team, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 working days if your return is accepted. The refund will be made on the same card used previously to shop the items.

PLEASE NOTE THE INFO BELOW WHEN RETURNING WITH UPS:

-Ensure that the items to be returned to Standfor are in proper condition and properly packed using the original packaging (intact);

-The return address is on the form;

-Keep the  receipt until we email you the notice of the arrival of your return.

-Customers will need to pay return postage, unless the item they received was incorrect and/or defective We always recommend using a trusted postal service that can provide a proof of postage. If the item you received was wrong/faulty- read Here.

What items can I return?

  • Items delivered within 14 days.
  • Items in its original packaging or package intact.
  • All tags attached.
  • Unused products.

Returns must be in Saleable condition*:

– when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please also ensure that the environment is free of smoke and any strong odours such as food cooking etc.

What happens if i received the wrong items in my order?

Our goal is to get you exactly what you ordered.

In the unlikely event the item you received is incorrect for any reason- please get in touch via email at desk@standfor.eu immediately.

If the return is due to a complaint, you may return the products even after the 14-day return period has lapsed.

Defective product. What should I do?

We work our best to guarantee the quality of our products but sometimes (rarely) there is a defective product.

If you think the item you received is defective or otherwise as good as what was expected- get in touch at desk@standfor.eu immediately.

Materials & Product information

Do I have to wash the product before I wear for the first time?

Every item of clothing includes a label denoting the particular instructions for care. The recommended temperature should not be exceeded. It is also ok to wash our clothes at a lower temperature to the one stated in the washing instructions.

Rigid / rinsed denim:

  • Always wash inside-out
  • Separately from other garments
  • Leave for approximately 30 minutes in a bath of cold water with a mild liquid detergent
  • Stir gently before finishing the wash in order to remove deposits
  • Leave to dry on a clothesline

Please also note that rigid pants bleed out heavily if they are mishandled. This is because we use a natural dye called “Indigo”. You should also keep these pants away from lightly colored objects / furniture / garments. You can leave the pants in normal household vinegar for a few hours to help maintain the color.

Wool:

We recommend washing knitted garments made of wool by hand, since they are also too sensitive for washing machines which have a gentle hand-wash function.
